Who owns my data?

You do. Your credentials sit in your Profile. An employer sees only what you have released to them, and only while you are connected.

What happens when I leave an employer?

You disconnect them in one tap. Your record stays with you and goes to your next employer intact. Your former employer retains only the compliance evidence its own record keeping obligations require.

Can my employer see everything in my Profile?

No. They see the credentials relevant to the role you hold with them. Items you have not released stay private.

Does it cost anything?

Profile is free for care workers, and it stays free. The organisations that benefit from a verified workforce pay for it.

What if I work for more than one employer?

Connect to as many as you like. Each sees only its own connection, and you keep one record behind all of them.
