With OnePassport you can store, track and report on Mandatory compliance. If you have a separate Learning Management System information can flow from this to your OnePassport system so all your reporting and alerts are in one place. That’s the simplicity and beauty of it!
Can OnePassport keep track of staff appraisals/annual performance reviews?
Yes. OnePassport can store, track and report on performance reviews at any point along the employment journey. Tailored alerts can be created to ensure that 28 day and 6 month reviews are no longer missed and that everyone receives an annual review at minimum.
Can OnePassport track disciplinary actions and file notes?
Yes. OnePassport can store, track and report on a range of performance management documentation. Alerts can be created to ensure that formal warnings are not held on file longer than their prescribed dates. Information can be secured so only those who have relevant authority can view the files.
Is there a place to keep WHS records for injured workers?
Yes. Our WHS Incident module is able to store all claim forms, RTW forms and medical reports securely in the system. Alerts and notifications ensure that key submission and follow up dates are not missed helping to manage cases in a timely and efficient manner and reducing WorkCover Premiums.
