An Executive Director is involved in operations and needs to line of sight ability to see granular information about their people. They build teams and therefore need to know which team members have certain qualifications and experience. Or have an interest in a particular field. They need information that allows them to connect with their people.
The role also requires the ability to quickly assess risk to the organisation. Such as regulatory compliance adherence rates across the workforce. The need for not only easily creating reports on who has completed their compliance requirements, but more importantly, who has not.
Another key function of this role is writing grant funding applications. Be it for specific projects or workforce upskilling opportunities, there is a real need for the ability to quickly grasp your workforce’s current skills and qualifications in order to successfully complete such applications.
